The hotel looks and feels good. Numerous bus stops nearby will get you most places, grocery store downstairs. Basic breakfast. Security guard on every floor was odd. Rude staff.

Appearances may be deceptive
We enjoyed our stay with caveats. The hotel looks new, the self-consciously ‘whacky’ decor belaying the fact that it has definite teething problems. The staff especially appeared poorly trained and weren’t even able to help with directions into the West End. The tech at the front desk wasn’t working properly on checking in. The room was really great. We had been upgraded to a super king room. Most of the things you expect were there although the meanness of the amount of beverages was surprising. We also had to phone for a corkscrew and were asked if we were going to come down for it. We weren’t. Breakfast was ok but a lot of the food was cold and or stale. Bar service perfunctory. They are really going to have to train their staff properly if they want to succeed. In the words of my grandmother, at the moment it’s all fur coat and no kni****s. Could do better but useful if needing the East End and Islington.

Very Overpriced for Food and Drink
Disappointing visit. The hotel is very quirking however the staff had poor communication skills due to language barriers, the food and drink were very very expensive even by London standards. A final frustration was on my room was cleaned but all receipts that were left on the side were disposed off when needed for business expenses

Could be great with a few tweaks
Great guest rooms, public areas far too noisy with music, not pleasant when you’re having a meal / conversation. Service in restaurant / bar let the hotel down, 10 mins to wait for a drink and 50 mins waiting on meal to be served. It wasn’t busy, so no excuse.

This is a wonderfully decorated modern hotel. There is a lot within walking distance but also very easy access to the bus or train. The bar area is very cool. The rooms are hip and comfortable.

A Gem of A Find!!
Had a weekend stay at nHow, a new discovery, and it was excellent and conveniently located close to shops, pubs, restaurants, and places of entertainment. Easy to get to on the tube - Angel Station - (a 7-10 minute walk) or the bus - the 205 - (an even shorter walk). Very chic hotel that has standout furniture and fittings (including the rooms!) and the staff are very courteous, friendly, and go well out of their way to be of service. Definitely recommended, and will certainly stay there again.

Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities. Particularly the gym was amazing, fully equipped with technogym equipment and a great vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was great, with a very spacious bed, free water, coffee and funky tea pot kettle! Also found out it was dog friendly when leaving so will definitely consider the hotel again and finally bring our two dogs for a trip to London! Even had a free bag of dog treats!!

Chiragh on reception was very polite, professional and made Check very efficient. As a returning guest, I was very pleasantly surprised to be offered a room upgrade and this made a really nice impression. Room was very clean and airy and check out the next morning was super quick. Good job guys, look forward to staying next time in London
