This place is extremely low quality, outdated and very neglected. Everything about this place screams no investment, low standards, low quality and a complete lack of care.
Lobby, elevator & hallways - Outdated and neglected in every way possible.
Room - Blood stains on duvet, one bath towel, one hand towel and washcloth, insufficient and cheap brand toiletries, old and peeling décor and carpeting throughout, evidence of current and past water damage, carpet saturated in water by AC, unusable power sockets, no coffee maker, no ice bag in bucket, insufficient towels, cigarette burns on bath. It didn't appear uncleaned but also didn't appear thorough. There's a skeleton staff of family members as employees and they live on property.
Breakfast - Self service was not permitted, which we've never seen or experienced ever before, and required to get a breakfast coupon from reception. A staff member grabs everything because the area is blocked off. Extremely limited offerings (3) and we saw nothing beyond sugar filled carbs. Not even a yogurt, fruit or at least one alternative option, so we didn't bother beyond (requesting) coffee.
Overall, this franchisee has spent $0 on improvements, staffing, operations or essentially anything. There's only certain reasons to stay here, either the price or its location.
