My first impression, when I arrived to your hotel and waited at the reception to check-in was a real desappointment!
3 receptionists were working then. They didn't look at me as a new guest, no one could say: "welcome we will soon take care of you", which is, to my opinion, very unprofessional, further on, the Manager came to the front desk, he was angry and said very unpleasant comments to the staff infront of the people who where checking in, like me. I went forward the desk, looked at him with sharp eyes, meaning: That is not acceptable, definitely not professional at all. He understood the message and left the reception immediatly. When I called the reception from my room with some questions I had, the woman who answered (she also was at the reception when I arrived, she was staring in her computer all the time, total lack of social competence) she just said: I am busy (with a harsh tone) I'll call you in 5 minutes. She never called me back!
My room was fine, the cleaning was perfect, the top roof was really great, the staff there was very friendly, service-minded real professionals!!
Because of the unprofessional and unpleasant staff at the reception I will never come back to your hotel. I just came back from Nice and chose an other 4 stars hotel, very close to yours. Everyone there were very friendly, service- minded, asked if I needed help with something!
Advice: Do something with your staff in the reception.
