Hotel de praia, mas nao pode entrar no mar

Muitas opçoes de restaurantes para o jantar. Nao se pode dizer o mesmo para o almoço. Muitas piscinas, mas poderia haver alguma sem musica (que de modo geral o volume é bem alto) Acho que compromete muito o hotel a impossilidade de usar o mar em frente, devido às correntezas

Family Vacation

Tablet inside room never worked so I had to get pictures from another person room tablet to see what to order for room service. I informed concierge about it they sent someone to exchange it out but it didn’t work either. I never called back b/c I didn’t want to spend my time on that. Housekeeping cleaned the room but Im assuming the hotel doesn’t change the sheets daily and they never would replace all of my towels. I had to keep catching them in the hall or call to get towels for my room. Guest services need work as well there are several lines to get in but no order in which clients are called up causing people who was there first not to be seen next and not all guest are honest to do the right thing. When this happened to me there was only one person working the counter however there was at least six employees behind the counter at computers. I also think if you’re going to offer tubs outside it should be a part of housekeeping but clearly the balconies are never touched as the tubs were dirty from nature.

Kinks to fix

The property is gorgeous and there is plenty of things for everyone to enjoy. Lots of pools, places to hang and play. There was a few misunderstandings but I charge that to language barrier, which I should be better at since I am visiting their country. Not sure if I would go back for the following.. 1) Area is new and they are building up but power grid is insufficient. There were at least 5 power outages and one lasted almost an hour with no running water. 2) The only places on property with real AC is your room and the kids club. Elevators, hallways, restaurants and bathrooms (public indoor spaces) are hot as hell. Even main lobby had sub par air flow.

Family Fun and Rockstar Relaxation – A Perfect Cab

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, and I can’t say enough good things about it. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and fun for our entire family—my wife, our 11-year-old daughter, and our 18-year-old daughter all had an incredible time! From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was absolutely top-notch throughout our stay. Our room had a gorgeous view of the ocean, and waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was something we won’t forget anytime soon. The room was spacious, clean, and had that signature Hard Rock flair, which made it extra fun for the kids. The pools were a highlight—they were beautifully designed, super clean, and there was something for everyone. Whether we were lounging poolside with a drink in hand, swimming with the kids, or enjoying the live DJ sets, there was always a great vibe. Our 11-year-old loved the water activities and games, while our 18-year-old enjoyed the more chill areas to sunbathe and snap those perfect photos for her socials. The food was excellent—we tried several restaurants on-site, and every meal exceeded expectations. From the breakfast buffets with fresh fruit and made-to-order omelets, to the evening dinners with international flavors, there was always something delicious for everyone (even our picky eater!).
