Personalet var super søde - Men selve hotelværelset levede ikke op til de høje anmeldelser de får. Da vi ankom var der viklet klude om brusehovedet fordi det var utæt, der lå skrald under sengen, sæbebeholderne var næsten helt hvide pga kalk og håndklæderne lugtede som om de havde ligget i en fugtig kælder eller var blevet glemt flere dage i vaskemaskinen. Vi kan ha været uheldige med elevatoren, men jeg vil tro at det tog omkring 15 min i ventetid hver gang vi skulle med elevatoren, både op og ned. Lokationen var meget fin, ingen larm og tager omkring 10 min at komme til Oxford st. Via undergrunden

Situated just next to the Smithfield market and only about 6-8 minutes from the Farringdon station, thus close to both the Elizabeth line for Heathrow and the train to Gatwick. There are restaurants about 4-5 minutes away, but none close the hotel, thus the area is fairly quiet. By London standards, the room is of a good size, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is quite good

La literie est top mais malgré avoir mis sur la porte de chambre le panneau indiquant que l'on souhaité le ménage dans la chambre, plus en avoir fait la demande auprès du personnel.... Notre chambre n'a pas été faite durant 4 jours!!!!! Le 4eme les lits ont été fait (mais le linge non changé) et c'est tout!!! L'aspirateur n'a pas été passé

La chambre était très spacieuse et la literie très confortable. Un peu plus d’équipement à disposition serait un plus et le ménage peut être amélioré surtout au niveau des miroirs. Le personnel a été très agréable et l’hôtel est parfaitement situé à environ 30 minutes à pied de tous les lieux importants

L'hôtel était très bien, emplacement à 5min du métro. Petit bémol sur l'organisation du petit déjeuner, lorsqu'il y a du monde cela ne suit pas pour débarrasser les tables et diriger les gens. Mais globalement cela était très correct.
