Towels were a bit scratchy and bed was a bit hard but overall a good stay.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Nice rooms, game room, and pool. One complaint I did have was the service. At 9 PM I called the front desk because my window shade would not come down. They said they would sent someone up to fix it. At 1030 PM still no one has showed up to fix it. I then called the front desk again. They apologized and said they would sent someone up immediately. 1130 PM still no one has showed up. I call again and they put me on hold. 15 minutes later the phone automatically calls back. They asked to put me on a brief hold. I told him I have been on hold for the last 15 minutes. He tells me sorry they lobby is busy right now we will call you back. Before I could say anything he hangs up. At 0100 AM they decide to call back after me my wife and two daughters are fast asleep! Needless to say I had to fix the shade myself! Definitely need to work on their customer skills!

the night we arrived the room was unmaid and we had to be moved to another room. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time and the elevator was dirty all the time and there was a lot of noise in the hall ways

Check in great. Lobby nice and great service. Room however not clean. Very dirty floors and bathroom full of hair and dirty floors. Dirty walls and chipped paint. Besides the granite countertops the bathroom looks old and need it updating.

I was please with my stay here. My boyfriend and I didn’t want a really pricey hotel, especially being that we were only going to be in the room to sleep in.
