My stay
The hotel was a good value for the price. The rooms were clean and the facility was clean. It's just that you can hear conversations, outside the Halls from the rooms. There's a lot of eating places and things to do in walking distance.

The internet is almost unusable. It's 2020 and I am getting under 1MB, yes Under 1MB which is equal to 20 year old dial up speeds. To give you a perspective, images on Facebook don't even load as you scroll. Answering emails for work, which I am trying to do, take forever to load. If you don't need internet, great stay. Clean, convenient to restaurants, nice staff. 9/10 but the internet is a joke.

Everything was super clean and the staff was super friendly! The Latino man at the bar was super sweet and the guy who helped us out with breakfast was super nice as well! Loved the whole stay!

Great hotel in Burbank!
Great overall experience. Everyone I interacted with were super friendly. Wish all the amenities were available but with this COVID stuff it is understandable why it was limited. Enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Nice hotel and location. Clean and comfortable. The only thing dirty was some of the drapery. Hotel was not busy and had asked for a covid responder discount as I am a nurse. Also charges 19$ a night for parking so beware. Hotel would not budge with lower room or parking rates. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Hotels in busy locations such as Denver and Phoenix area and was not charged for parking in thier ramp and lots and have been given upgrades, even using hotels.com as a third party.
