Nice affordable hotel

The staff was very nice, especially the front desk girl. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Rooms were pretty standard yet clean. The place as a whole could use some upgrades, seemed very plain overall. Had a pleasant stay though, can't complain.

The floor in the room was not vacuumed. We found a half eaten Cookie and crumbs at the edge of the bed as well as two soda bottle caps on the floor. This was very concerning as we had our small dog with us. Of the three elevators only one worked Oit

Parking was good check in/out was quick & easy staff was friendly. The breakfast offered at the restaurant was very disappointing. Besides being overcharged for a breakfast that was no better than the free one we have gotten at other hotels the service in the restaurant was really bad. The lamp in the room didn't work & the carpet in the room & hallway was in need of some serious cleaning

I booked this hotel as a place to stay while attending the Incarceration festival in Mansfield. I chose one of the cheapest hotels I could find and I had low expectations, and I found that the hotel was better than what I thought it would be. It's somewhat nice for what it is.

Food options were meh. Location is great. Things to do that surrounds the area. Price was good. Elevator stopped working the morning of check out and we were on the 5th floor. Bathroom was nice but toilet flooded

The property appears a little older. The king size bed was comfortable. The toilet took a while to flush but I didn’t complain to the front desk since I wasn’t there long. Everything was clean overall. If you won’t be in the hotel long only to change clothes and sleep then it’s perfect.

Iur stay was just to get way from our home town. Area has lots if options for food and things to do and is close to downtown Columbus. Room was nice, bed was not that comfortable. But over all stay was nice. Will stay here again.
