The building is older and has seen a lot of visitors. I think I was in an updated room, because it had no carpet on the floors. I was nice being in the back because it was quiet. Once inside the room you couldn’t hear the jets taking off or landing. The parking lot was scary because in the very early morning there were people out there smoking. One man had his face covered. The parking lot was in need of repair. One of the reasons for staying at this hotel was the included breakfast. After checking was when I was told that only coffee and tea were served. No breakfast. Companies should update the amenities so that an informed choice can be made. I also think that when prices are set the breakfast is accounted for in that price. If you stop serving breakfast, then prices should be adjusted accordingly.

Stayed because I had to, but would never stay again. It's spooky, badly lite and unwelcoming. elevator buttons are half broken, the hallway floors aren't clean, the windows aren't clean. The bed sagged in the middle. Please avoid

the place was ok, the bed was very comfy, the coffee pot didn't work, and just bad news all the way around. the water in the shower wasn't hot, I asked for a late check out, and that was a no go. the carpets had some sort of dryers on them like leaking water inside, and moldy smell. I think they put me in with the people who live there, and they argued a lot. I felt like everything was half broke down.

Was there for the music festival Sonic Temple 2025. Picked it for the price and location. Only complaint I have is no one cleaned the room the 4 days I was there. Again no only needed the room to sleep and shower for but no one came by when I was out. Not really a big deal but fresh towels would’ve been a plus. Other than that, it was a quite stay great front desk staff. Check in/out was simple no hassle.

The rooms are not clean, they double charged me and at checkout imma make sure I get a copy. The tub looks gosh awful, I will not be getting in it. The pool area is nice, for it to be indoors tho I thought it would be heated.

Our room was absolutely not cleaned prior (either room we had booked and had reservations for 3wks+ for 3 connected rooms as we had 7 kids 3 adults we get there 9:30pm after a 16+hr drive and are told we only had 2 rooms opposite ends of the hall no where close also requested 2 pack n plays atleast 1 nope)there was hard stiff socks,dead skin hair, floors nasty,beds DO NOT HAVE BED BUG COVERS!!!!!, Could not let my kids bathe or shower as the wat was literally scalding i burned myself a couple times! Asked for new bedding after water was spilled never got them last night didnt get blankets at all will jot recommend its fine as far as a place to sleep befs are comfortable but the nastiness out weighs that even around the pool was beer caps trash nasty old towels i cleaned up b4 mine went. Thees also a younger crowd working occasionally havibg 10+ friend's hangout n swim on the weekends drink glass beer bottles by the pool n smoke enough weed the building stinks the next day you giys need to do better!!!

Does not have a restaurant anymore. They have a brochure for food delivery. We had a car so didn't need it. Pool was nice and open until 10pm.Atrium was pretty. Old hotel but clean. Free coffee and tea 24 hrs a day. Very friendly staff. Did not clean room during stay but I am ok with that. The front desk gave us extra towels, to,shampoo,conditioner, and lotion.

My room was not clean , I couldn’t use the microwave to warm my newborns water for get bottle. It was so dirty and full of cheese. There was a roach in the bathroom on the sink.

This was disqusting . They keep clean show room for examples but put you in old rooms with nothing working very gross. There is no breakfast at all . Used tea bags yucks . Homeless guy coming in for cigarettes

The place was very clean but it definitely needs an update. Everything is old, the building needs painting badly and replacing the tub. We didn’t even take a shower because of the tub condition “ I wouldn’t dare put my feel there” it’s clean but when things are old it doesn’t matter how much you clean it, it would look unappealing. It was good for what we needed , one night stay.

I never was able to cancel the reservation and when I booked it I had the option to pay at property and they still took the pay out of my account and now they will not refund me my money when I never stayed there

Check in was a circus even though it was midnight. Continuous calls from an employee trying to arrange a ride were more important than checking in guests. Room was filthy. Pizza boxes on the floor by the trash can, splash zone on the side of the fridge, mystery pillow and towels tucked behind the chair and dirty sheets, complete with long hairs. All I wanted was a clean place to sleep for a few hours but no such luck.

Just shocked at the disgusting and gross condition of this place. Front desk was very friendly and I chose not to ruin their day by listing the hundreds of reasons why we checked out after one night and booked a different hotel. Blood on the shower curtain, rust and jagged towel bars, mold everywhere, bugs everywhere and a bathtub that looks like it’s from the era of the dawn of the dead. Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, drapes were dirty and had hair all over them. Absolutely the worst hotel ever. The new hotel we booked was amazing in comparison. Run from this hell hole as fast as you can.
