Um hotel com ótima relação custo beneficio

Fiquei 6 dias neste hotel. Com exceção do cheiro eventual de cannabis e por não ter tantos hóspedes de alto nível, tudo no hotel agradou. Quarto em excelente estado de conservação com microondas e frigobar. Quarto limpo diariamente e camas cheirosas e com ótimas roupas de cama. Internet funcionou 100% e banheiro com ammenities. Estado de conservação do hotel excelente. O café da manhã era excelente para os padrões americanos com limpeza constante das mesas e reposição em todos os momentos. O estacionamento era grande. Para ir para Nova Iorque há ônibus bem próximo com custo de USD 7 por viagem. Recomendo muito este hotel para fugir do agito de Nova Iorque.

The room was spacious, the hotel was comfortable. They offered breakfast but not too many options for the amount of people that stay there. It seems the hotel stays very busy. They should also have a better dog space to walk the dogs

All front desk people especially the girl in the morning at checkout acted as if they would rather be somewhere else, was dismissive and just unfriendly, nobody was in front of me yet she took minutes to even acknowledge me. I requested a much needed wake up call due to phone alarm issues and NEVER received it. When I left and reported it to the very person that told me it would be done I was dismissed like an inconvenience and annoyance. The staff in the breakfast area were AWFUL! One lady literally physically pushed me aside when I was in line so she could refill food rather than just wait. Grounds for firing in my opinion! ALSO… 3 of the 4 yoplait yogurts taken out of the fridge were EXPIRED!!!!!! Unacceptable on EVERY level!!! It should be checked daily. Health department should be on that one. Perhaps they just might be called! If it were not for long travels and only a few hours sleeping I would have addressed the issues but I just wanted to leave early and get out. I recommend NOT staying on the first floor if you don’t want to be awakened from disgusting smelling breakfast food being cooked before sunrise! Food was COLD. Room was clean.

Our flight was delayed. We reached NYC at 11:30 in the night. When we called La Quinta, they had cancelled our reservation and had no availability. We had to call 10 different hotels in the night and luckily got a room in Ramada far away. Terrible experience with La Quinta. I want my full refund if any amount has been charged.

The employees were awesome. Everyone was polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet (no late night drama). I could tell it was well managed. I highly recommend!

Look for something better!

Bathroom door had water damage and would not close due to warping. Hotel room coffee was awful. The pool was visibly dirty. For the price of the room compared to state of the hotel I expect a lot more quality. Will not be staying here again.

Cleaning

The lobby and breakfast room very nice. My room was clean but they often neglect to dust things on walls. Like lights, charger adapters, etc. I’m not comfortable when there is dust around my bed or behind it. It’s was doable for the one night I stayed.

clean comfortable & convenient
