We weren’t able to check in till 3:30am as we were traveling all day. The night staff was wonderful and so kind. As it was VERY late (or early) we were obviously tired. Upon entering the room, it was clean. Outdated but that’s not important. When entering the bathroom, however, there was 3 inches of standing water in the tub. It was a simple fix of just releasing the plug, but that’s pretty gross. The toilet did not flush either as there was a broken flap which didn’t allow the tank to fill. As it was almost 4am, asking for another room seemed silly at this point. Upon our second ( and last) night stay, we were locked out of our room for over 90 minutes because our room key reader stopped working. The maintenance guy was very sweet, however, the desk clerk was incredibly rude and condescending. He kept offering us another room- but all our things were in the first room! It seems odd to not have a backup system for the key readers. They had to call an

Under construction
The reason for my rating is because the hotel is indeed under construction. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a little worned down and the hot tub was broken. The plus side of things is the hot water is really great and the beds are very comfortable. I'm hoping once the remodeling is complete we will revisit.

Wonderful Stay – Perfect Location and Beautiful Re
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, just a short walk from all kinds of restaurants and activities. We were lucky to get one of the newly renovated rooms, which was spotless and beautifully done. Once the entire hotel – both rooms and exterior – is fully refurbished, this place will truly be a gem on International Drive. We just returned home to Norway and have already booked another 10-night stay for July. Fingers crossed we’ll get the same room again! (We do hope the pool side bar are open during the summer)

Perfect location!
Great stay! The rooms are being renovated and we got a new room. A little noice from the renovation, but other than that everything was great. Pool area was nice, but a little worn down. The location was perfect and we would stay here again in the future.

Quick stop
They were under new management and renovations, but still seemed like a nice hotel. I checked in around 830pm, had food delievered to me, then went to bed, and checked out at 7:30am. This was just a pit stop place for me to catch some sleep. Pillows really small than usual pillows, but bed was comfy and room was quiet. Pool looked nice. Near lots of attractions to walk and drive.

My stay.
The hotel is remodeling, so the room they first put us in the cable to the TV was not hook up, so we had no TV that first night. The next day they try to at like they did not tell us they will give us enough room before 12 noon. The room they try to put us in was next to a room where they were remodeling the room next door Wow. So finally, they gave us a room where everything works. Company do not care about the consumers anymore. No anything and I was nice and not cussing and fussing.
