Convenience hotel
A nice hotel that close to Trafalgar Square and underground station. Really convenient and comfortable. Staffs were helpful and amenities were sufficiently provided. A bit noisy in the night but cannot complaint with its handy location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and also art performing halls nearby which is a big plus when visiting the city. Pricing was reasonable and a great choice for next biz trip.

Not what we had booked and hugely disappointing.
I will also copy these comments directly to the hotel. I booked an overnight stay was with my fiancée, daughter and Mum to celebrate our engagement. We booked the Thistle Trafalgar Square and when we arrived for check-in we were told there was a burst pipe so we needed to move to the Trafalgar Piccadilly. I didn’t mind this change initially and we were offered a complimentary drink, which was very kind. Elizabeth on reception was very kind and apologetic, which we appreciated. We moved hotels and the difference was stark from the outset. There was no welcoming, bright reception area and no bar and restaurant facilities. Again, this was disappointing but not the end of the world. Originally we had adjoining rooms but were told in the new hotel that this wasn’t possible, again disappointing and not what we had booked. What made the problem worse was that we had booked tickets to see The Lion King and had planned to eat at the hotel restaurant in Thistle Trafalgar Square. With the change of hotel we decided to eat around the theatre and were extremely disappointed that we had to wait over 1 hour with most restaurants, meaning we did not eat prior to the show. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the change of hotel, I don’t know why we couldn’t just change rooms in our original hotel. The staff were great but the overall experience was hugely disappointing and now what we have originally booked.

Værelset var ok, men der var en stor plet på madrassen under lagnet. Der var en Nespresso maskine til kapsler, men kun 2 kapsler. Værelset var meget koldt, selvom termostaten stod på 22 grader og det var umuligt at ændre temperaturen.

We were in room 630, huge bed, good bathroom. We also paid to have the breakfast, good selection available, being refreshed. So close to both Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square.
