Convenience hotel
A nice hotel that close to Trafalgar Square and underground station. Really convenient and comfortable. Staffs were helpful and amenities were sufficiently provided. A bit noisy in the night but cannot complaint with its handy location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and also art performing halls nearby which is a big plus when visiting the city. Pricing was reasonable and a great choice for next biz trip.

Definitely disappointed to found out that the room is not as discribed. Hotel refused to give any compensation or alternative choices to us and just ask us to call Hotels.com directly. The room is not worth to the prices I paid for!!

Hôtel très bien situé, proche métro. Environnement calme. Seul désagrément, le restaurant ne proposait que des pizzas le jour de notre arrivée (problème de cuisine ?). Personnel au top, agréable et souriant. A recommander !

O tamanho ado quarto é excelente, as canas são ótimas, banheiro maravilhoso, tudo muito bom contudo, café da manhã insuportável e o pessoal não faz a menor questão de te ajudar se vc não fala inglês com fluência. Room was small and noisy from deliveries outside. Not as shown in the picture. Needs an update. Breakfast was buffet style and even at 07:00 could have been hotter.

Great location but room was so small and narrow
The location is fantastic just a short walk to Leicester Square. The woman welcomed us when we checked in, very friendly. Our room was disappointing. It was very small. I booked a double bed but ours was full sized. To get to the other side of the bed, I had to squeeze myself between the foot of the bed and the tv. Not a good place to put a tv. The bed was alright not that comfortable. The shower was great but the bathroom needed some updates it was small as well. I was surprised there were no usb ports anywhere. Our view was ok. We had drinks at the bar and asked the server if it was 2 for £20 cocktails which he said no. But there was a poster in the lift so it was a bit annoying. Apart from the disappointment of the room, I would probably stay here again because of the location.
