There were quite a few issues with the apartment. The bathroom shower had a major leak spraying water all over. The tv did not work ( we were able to fix by re-booting it). There was large mold spores on the ceiling over the sitting room in the bedroom. We emailed them first day. What we got on day 2 was a mop and two batteries left outside the entrance to the apartment! We had to wrap a towel around the shower faucet for the rest of the week! Also, you have to stand on a chair to reach the microwave ( the refrigerator underneath stays open while putting things in and out of the microwave. Also, the freezer needs to be defrosted too. The air circulation is bad too. And be prepared for a very noisy location. We mentioned all this and nothing was done! Very disappointing. Only good thing was that the place was clean and kitchen and bathroom well supplied.

Needs some work

Very central location, but if staying on a Friday or Saturday night, expect party/bar noises all night. The place itself was okay. Building needs some work and/or cleaning. Some issues could be easily addressed. Kitchen faucet was about to fall off the counter, the shower barely drained and puddled water with a minute, and the water reeked of strong sulfur, making it virtually undrinkable. Otherwise, proximity to attractions was excellent.

Fantastisk lejlighed med 2 store soveværelser og stor stue, midt i Reykjavik. Der er støj fra gade i det ene værelse, men det var ok for os. Parkering i nærheden enten på gaden eller i p-hus.

No hay quien descanse del ruido

El alojamiento realmente está muy bien,ubicado en plena calle central de Reykjavik.Cerca de supermercado,restaurantes,cafeterias...El problema es que también está al lado de los pubs y no está insonorizado por lo que no hay quien duerma en toda la noche.A lo mejor en invierno, cuando los borrachuzos no salen a gritar fuera de los pubs se está bien.Esa zona de la ciudad es de aparcamiento de pago.Hay que dejar el coche un poco alejado para pagar menos de parking.

It’s okay

The location was great. That and a soft bed are the only things positive about this place. Communication was not great as I had to call the day of checking in to get information. The apartment is not sound proof so you hear everyone above, below and to the side of you at all hours of the day. The window curtains are not black out and neither do they close across the entire length of the windows so there is always light coming in. And even knowing the reservation was for four people there were only two towels.
