We stayed here for 3 nights here in the end of october.The hotel is in a good location and 10 mins walking distance between old town and train station.That's the only good points for this so-called 5 star hotel.
Since we arrived the hotel,the front desk staff was not helpful and patience to our request at all and we even need to take our luggage by ourselves to the room by ourselves.After we found our room and wanna settle down,we heard that the housekeeping still checking the room mini bar and we have to wait outside after she finish her job. The worse is the room always not in good condition before or after clean up. we have to call reception all the time for the towel or even the glasses.You will also have to wait for a long long time for their housekeeping approach after call.
The receptionist is DEFINITELY not helpful and have no idea what the customer service is. When we call them to ask for the help of linking the internet.The staff is not patience in the phone and even ask us just simply go down to the reception ,when we approached the front desk ,they can't solve the problem at all and only ask us to wait or try again later.Then we ask them please send a toothbrush to our room later that night ,the receptionist just simply give us from the desk directly and we have to bring it out all day when we out.
There is full of disappointment about the stay in this hotel,we didn't feel that this is a sheraton group hotel with such amateur and rude staff.
