Very nice place
Room was small but very nice. Had a good view of city and the sea. Staff was exceptional. Room was very hot and we couldn’t figure out how to change it and I kept forgetting to call so that’s my own fault. Bed pillows go flat right away and that was the only bad thing. Breakfast and club lounge snacks were very good. I would stay here again.

Ve Staff friendliness and efficiency, and location -Ve the hotel urgently needs renovation, very old furniture, and aminities needs upgrading -Ve the extremly loud and disturbing voice of the music at the reception. This kind of music needs to be played in an sound-isolated night club not in an unisolted hall

The staff was very helpful got us checked in very quickly and took us to our room. The room is very nice and clean, stocked with coffee and tea.

Some confusion with our reservations: we had 2 nights 1 booked by our tour company, and the other we booked it ourselves..they checked us out after the first night and it was a bit complicated to get them to understand...

Shouldn’t call it a five star hotel by any means. I had never stayed or experienced in any Sheraton like this one as I do international travel a lot. Tiny room, old crumbling furniture, terrible narrow bathroom with very low ceiling. Terrible staff. Felt like no concept or understanding of “service.” The receptionists are ill mannered and inefficient. The breakfast was okay. However the food we ordered through room service was excellent.

Clean and beautiful location facing the green palms park and the Mediterranean Sea and the staff wonderful specially Ms. Amna. We enjoyed a clean and beautiful room with good amenities such as coffe and tea tray in room.
