Great stay at the Haunted Hotel

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the location and the atmosphere. It was just as expected. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go and Bourbon Street was only a couple blocks away.

Great place, loved it.

What a great hotel. I would definitely come back! The 3 hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Very family oriented place. Beds were very comfy, A/C worked, lots of water pressure. We did not experience any ghost or stuff like that, which I was totally fine with :) They don’t have a normal front lobby. When we got there, we just called the phone number and they come let you in the side gate and walk down a path that opens into a beautiful court yard and the office is right on the corner. Basic hotel with great service and location

The Haunted Hotel is a 300-year-old inn situated in the heart of the French Quarter. Although the standard rooms are very basic, the location and service are what makes it stand out. Hidden in a courtyard accessed via a locked gate and a narrow path between two buildings, this setup provides a safe, secure, private, and quiet spot. The staff gives personal attention to guests, and made us feel at home.

Haunted hotel is a horror show…..

While the manager was tremendously nice, the haunted hotel was a true horror show. The hotel had an awful mildew musty smell. The room was very dirty and there was hair all over the floor and on the sheets, sink and towels. One wall looked like someone head had gone through it. The toilet ran constantly and the tv did not work. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in your back while lying down. All of this for $800 for 2 nights. (Super Bowl weekend). Only thing this place has going for it is location. Stay away from this horror show!

Had a few repairs needed to be done small ones but not bad for a 300 year old building. Hosts were friendly and helpful with where to go for eats and haunted tours

Cute hotel with history

Everyone we encountered were helpful, nice, and informative. Love the location, just be prepared for a decent walk to park your car, at around $55/day. The room is cozy and comfortable enough for a few nights stay. Dog friendly! Very secure.
