Nothing is as pretty as in the pictures. TV did not work. WiFi did not work. The place feels stale. Staff is not responsive. They have no contact numbers after 8pm. Since everything is "contactless" it is impossible to resolve any issues! Plus, no one answers phone calls during their office hours.They use text messages and whatssap! The building is old and semi-remodeled. There is an eerie basement in the building that anyone from the street can enter.

Excellent for a short break!
We booked for 2 nights for me, my partner and our daughter. The apartment is a studio and catered for all of our needs. It is very close to local amenities and all of the wonderful things going on in Warsaw. Thank you for a wonderful welcome and lovely, hassle free stay.
