The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of everything you want in Madrid. We had access to all grocery stores and restaurants within 2 blocks. We also had at least 4 theatres within 2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself was a pristine, modern and very clean place with all the requirements anyone would need for long or short stays. The Host was super pleasant, helpful and gave us the confidence to be relaxed for the week long stay we had there. We will definitely recommend this Host to anyone traveling to Madrid and we will definitely use this same Host in any future visits to Madrid.

The place was fantastic - HUGE and right in the middle of old town on the Grand Via. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The space was clean, comfortable and with two bathrooms, perfect for 3/4 people, although we were only 2. Christian was an amazing host meeting us there and giving us lots of insider tips on restaurants and sights. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location, really friendly and helpful manager who meets you as soon as you arrive and gives you all the necessary info. Apartment is beautiful and in excellent condition. Fantastic spot to stay just a few metres from Gran via and 10 minutes or less walk to lots of great food. The street is a bit noisy late night early morning when some partiers pass by but it's only a minor inconvenience for a few minutes a night. The apartment we had was large clean and beautiful with clean towels daily in the 2 modern bathrooms. Highly recommend!

This appartment building lies perfect in an alley from Gran Via, near Plaza Callao. Walking distance to most of what you want to see. Very clean appartment, and perfect service by the staff even though I was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing I didn’t love was the alley at night, quite dark and a little scary. But otherwise the location is perfect!

We had a great time staying at Arenal Gran Via. Our host Maria contacted us ahead of time and asked us about our arrival time. She sent me detailed directions before our arrival. We were allowed to store our luggage in our room even before the check in time. Upon departure, she helped store our luggage and called the taxi. She was very responsive and usually replied within a few minutes. The property is clean, safe and conveniently located at a central location. We will definitely stay here again!

Good points: Excellent communications and updates from Christianی he is someone who know his work and possess great mannersی communication and hospitality skills Location: Come out of Apartment and you are in Gran Viaی where life exitsی all shopping and eating places near by Bed mattresses were of good qualityی comfortable and great for good night sleep۔ Not so good points: WIFI was not goodی ended up using my mobile network internetی also effected streaming on smart TV Property needs up-gradingی path from room to exit door had bad smellی lifts also had same issuesی wear and tear easily visible on the floorی walls I am sure if lanlord upgrades building he will definitely get better rent out rates considering everything else was fantastic and was maintained well otherwise۔

Noisy & terrible customer service

Unfortunately a stay with great potential - ruined. We arrived at the property exactly on the time advised - only to wait around for 20 minutes to get in as they thought someone else would be available to let us in. The apartment and location is very good - but its sold as a sound proof room and unfortunately its far from that. The noise in the main bedroom made it unusable. Traffic noise both from just outside, and the main road. We messaged the hotel after day 2 and got no response. Day 3 on checking out - we messaged again only to be told it might be because of parties in the local area which is just false information. There is clearly a fault with the room we stayed in and the hotel did nothing about it. Submitting a claim afterwards - the hotel are not budging saying everything was fine - hotels.com are hiding behind not being the provider of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

LÀget var verkligen perfekt. MÄnga restauranger att vÀlja mellan i nÀrheten och precis utanför fanns det en 24h minilivs. PromenadavstÄnd till shopping och de sevÀrdheter vi var intresserade av. Det skickades bra self check-in instruktioner. LÀgenheten var ren och fin. Enda nackdelen var att det var dÄlig ljudisolering pÄ ett av sovrummen och vardagsrummet, dÀr det fanns en bÀddsoffa, som lÄg mot stora gatan, sÄ sömnen stördes pga mycket bilar och folk som gick ute och var högljudda varje natt. VÀldigt bra med tvÄ badrum dÄ vi var 6 pers som delade lÀgenheten. Hissarna var smÄ men OK, dÄ vi tog trapporna resterande dagar förutom vid in- och utcheckning dÄ vi hade en stor resvÀska med oss.
