This self-service hotel didn't send me the key code of the room the time they supposed to be!! Neither through my email nor SMS. I had WiFi and I was waiting until 3:20 pm in vain. I had to ask a local in the restaurant to make a phone call for me and finally through this way I got my key code. Still the hotel insisted they've sent me via email. The thing is even when I type this still there's no email from the hotel. After I got in, another problem came. WiFi needs password to access and of course it's attached with "email" which never sent to me. If it's automatically then there must be a problem and you should have fixed it. With this kind of experience just scares me away from this kind of no front desk hotel.
