Kentucky is the US state that some may know best for its horseracing, a big automobile industry, and bluegrass music. For many others, it’s the birthplace of the world’s most recognised fried chicken franchise. Kentucky is also home to Mammoth Cave National Park, the world’s longest cave system and just one of the beautiful underground features in the region dating back thousands of years.
