Disappointed
I must say I was completely disappointed. Even though the location of the actual property was very nice there were so many issues that made my stay unsatisfactory. I started off trying to check in my room that was texted to me and was unable to. After trying and trying I figured I had to call the phone number from the reservation. They proceed to tell me they switched room and forgot to inform me. My room was water view but literally could hear every guest talking from 7 am when they went out in the morning until night! The room smelled horrible- like urine! The toilet ran all day and night. The TV was awful because unless you sign in with your provider you have the most limited channels to watch! Breakfast in the morning was ok… coffee two days out of four had coffee grinds in it and was not drinkable!!! The exact same selections every single day. Lastly….. the parking? Oh my goodness horrible! If you don’t luck out and get a space you have to park down the street in a lot. But even in the lot ( if you even call it that) was so small that it made it so difficult to park every day. It’s just a shame because it’s a great area but all these things made it so hard to fully enjoy. Unfortunately I will not be going back there, and I suggest anyone that plans to us fully aware of exactly how it is!

Super ville et cette chambre particulierement est la meilleure de toutes. On recoit un mail avec le code de la chambre. C'est plus un enorme piece avec des lits immenses, coin salon et coin cuisine. Vue sur la riviere c'est calme de ce côté(de l'autre c'est la route). Petit dejeuner servie au bord de l'eau, il a a dispo des kayaks (les paddles pas en fonction mon mari a coulé avec 😬). Le plus bel endroit que nous avons vu.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I am a seasoned traveller who've being to 54 countries & a ridiculous number of cities. This was one of the best places I've ever staid. I always stay in 5 star luxury hotels. This place is luxury, yet at the very the affordable rate. The room (and my room was #9 with private patio) & the areas around was fresh, clean, organized, designed & well decorated. Although, I did not go in the pool, it was sparkling clean. Smooth check in, superb communication ...I can go on. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful! Will definitely stay again!
This place was beautiful! The apartment layout was amazing. We had the waterfront view of the lake, and 2 balconies. It was a grab and go breakfast but there are tables to eat al fresco. The whole experience was calming and beautiful. Will definitely stay here again

We stayed 2min and left the room
We had a trip in Florida for 22days, book a night here trusting pictures. What a surprise … we were feeling very bad and unconfortable in that hotel (motel for me) and decided to leave as soon as we get there. We were supposed to get refund but nothing came, no feedback. Its a 164€ deserve comments for a non stay. It’s the worst hotel of our trip. Close to the road, noisy, no real pool, online check-in, no humanity. Don’t stop here.

The place is not safe. The shower faucet is set up wrong, causing dangerously hot water to run first. The outlets don’t work, and the edges of the shower tiles are very dangerous.
