Very central to restaurants, sights and bars.
The Rey Don Pedro is ideally situated in the central Santa Cruz area of Seville. This location is 2nd to none for those wishing to be in the heart of the tourism area and yet the rooms managed to offer and escape from the noise of the bars. We were there during the 3 kings celebrations and the room rates were somewhat steep for the standard being offered however I'm sure the rates would not be so expensive off peak. We found the premises to be spotlessly clean and we'll run with daily room service and good reception communication via a text/Whatsapp from the parent hotel "the Rey del Moro" some 150meters away. We did have a problem with a leaking shower cubicle which appeared to be an ongoing issue due to surrounding moisture damage to wooden architraves and a sticking bathroom door. We alerted the reception and the problem was dealt with instantly but was not 100% rectified as it would have necessitated us vacating the room for such major work. On reflection I feel given the problem was obviously an old issue that perhaps work should have been carried out fully before letting the room and risking a guest falling on wet tiles due to the leaking shower cubicle, this however is a decision for management and an unfortunate oversight on their part. Other than this issue service was faultless with fresh towels and bottled water in our small fridge daily. Verdict is out whether we would return to the Rey don Pedro or not, but as other reviews will testify it's pretty good.

Chambre magnifique, accueil chaleureux et très flexible au niveau des horaires (la réception est disponible a l'hôtel un peu plus loin). La décoration est très belle et le lit grand et confortable. La situation est top pour decouvrir la ville. Personnel très pet friendly. Recommandé a 100%.

Really enjoyed our stay
The house is a bit separate from the main hotel which we actually really liked. Big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The main hotel offers welcome drinks and Jacuzzi access on their rooftop patio with views of the Giralda. It was very conveniently placed where we could pop in throughout the day, easy walking, close to bus and car can drive to for taxi.

Great location, great experience!
Incredible place to stay with a great location. Easy access with code and key card. Air conditioning worked great and the room had such awesome design choices. Very close to everything we wanted to walk and go see while in Sevilla. Highly recommend.

Excellente adresse à quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale et du real alcazar. Chambre très agréable avec beaucoup de charme extrêmement propre. La machine à café et les collations sur place sont appréciées ainsi que le verre de bienvenue. Possibilité de profiter du jacuzzi dans l’hôtel principal. Le personnel a été très réactif pour préparer notre arrivée et très courtois pendant le séjour . Que du positif !

Loved the decoration!! Very convenient and accessible except the Uber driver said that their policy doesn’t allow them to pick up from the door. They amenities felt like luxury. A bit noisy due to the street.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. We struggled with the aircon on the first night but once the controls were understood we got it right. The balcony with open air windows and a view over the square was peaceful and a lovely way to spend a few hours of down time between sight seeing. A few small points - the room is a bit cluttered with vases and ornaments that we put out of the way to get some flat surfaces and there isn’t really that much room in the bedroom area to put suitcases. Also, the bathroom is open to the bedroom ( the toilet is separated) but when neeeding to use the toilet overnight the light would light the whole bedroom. The automatic closing blind is great for a dark room and the night was very quiet. There is currently some building works going on across the square but unless you want to sleep during the day it was not a problem- I would stay here again and get the same room with a view!!

The check in was awkward. There were no directions to location provided which was in a very busy and complicated roadway. There was no one available to speak with at check in. Had to find a number and call to notify we were there. Service was abrupt. Shower was very small and leaked and there were ants in the bathroom. Was locked out early prior to checking out since codes changed prior to check out time and had to call again to have someone let us back in to get our bag. Again, communication was abrupt. The location was nice and the lobby area with coffee was also nice.

Not a good option if you have a car.
Listed as having parking on Hotels.com which is NOT true. When we arrived there, we were told to go a public parking and that was first of all a little bit messy to go to, but more important it was fully booked. I then called the "hotel" and asked what we shall do and if they hade some other alternatives (since it was listed to have so when making the booking) but we were told that this public parking was the only option. I told them it was full and that it also was a long line of cars waiting to enter the garage, but was told that everyone has to do this and no private parking for the "hotel" guests were available. We had to wait more than an hour to get a parking. We had very few hours in Sevilla and we chose this option though it had parking listed and was centrally located (which was not something positive when parking the car...). Apart from the parking, the location was great but we had to wait another 20 minutes (after parking the var, that took over an hour) to get access to the room though they do not have any service desk etc (I.e, this is not a Hotel).

It was good but definitely overpriced. The room was very small. No extra bath room, the sinc was inside the room. There was no reception desk downstairs, so no one in the house who could help you with renting a bike or anything else. The reception was in the other hotel 5-10 minutes away by foot. Some of the offers mentioned online, like 30 minutes free use of the jacuzzi or a welcome drink weren‘t really mentioned or offered during checkin in the other hotel. Access to the hotel was easy, basically via 4 digit code sent through whatsapp.
