The property was stunning, the food and the staff were all exceptional. Only complaint is the lack of ‘normal’ music, they only played what felt like elevator music throughout the day save for 1 day. This was a bit of a let down especially in the sports bar where you would want an atmosphere. Also do not be conned by the sales people on site, don’t let them waste your time for a voucher

Well…./ apparently for three days their air con had gone kaput. We arrived to the hotel and after they take our passport info etc, staff then say they will be moving us 45 mins away to another resort…… to their sister resort breathless.
We were given no chance to choose our hotel a couple days prior. We made the most of the other hotel but we had hoped to stay at dreams

Stay here they moved us to dreams sapphire because of no Ac and down graded our room after we paid for a preferred club honeymoon suite king bed we called and nobody would help us that is our first and last time

Upon my arrival, I was told that I was not able to stay there because the AC unit throughout the facility was not functioning. They sent me to a different hotel. I didn’t get a choice. I was so discouraged because photos online do not show the real reality. The facility is a lot smaller compared to pictures. I noticed the water kids waterpark is in poor conditions. There was mold between the walls. I was able to eat before I was obligated to leave. I went to the taco shop and their tacos were flavorless and meat was cold. I was very discouraged . I am glad I ended up staying at a different hotel which was way better than this one.

Hice el check in y estuvimos en las palapitas hasta la hora de entrega de la habitacion . Entramos a la habitacion y no pudimos ecender el aire acondicionado y el cuarto estaba calientisimo.
Bajamos a comer y le pregunté a la host si habia algun problema y me comentó que desde el dia anterior tuvieron fallo general .
Me molesta mucho que no tuvieron la atención de mencionarlo antes de hacer el check in. Lo demás es una belleza de lugar .
Perder 4 horas en tus vacaciones por algo que se pudo evitar con un mail un dia antes .

Pésima experiencia, llegamos no servia el aire, nos mandaron a otro hotel un hyatt ziva muy viejito y con una comida terrible. Evidentemente no es la misma categoría, pague por otro tipo de hotel y nadie se hace responsable.

I didn’t have good experience. It was a hotel scam. I reserved the preferred club master suite so my pregnant wife and 2 years old can enjoy the 3 nights and 4 days vacation.
The AC wasn’t working and my kid was not feeling well due to the humidity. My wife was not relaxed at all as we were constantly thinking for how to cool ourselves.
We had vip Checkin due to the preferred members but while we had to report the AC we had to go to the lobby and follow the queue.
We were transferred to another hotel and that was not fair process. I spent a lot to get that experience of master suite double balcony ocean facing plung pool.
And we were moved to dreams sands where nothing matched.
The hotel we got moved to didn’t have balcony at all which was the primary reason I took preferred club master suite for. I was moved to 400sq foot box room from 1200sq foot room. Plan to spend luxury time with family turned into how to survive next remaining days.
There was no honest conversation to let us know since we were downgraded in our plan they were sorry about the experience or any comp provided. In total it was the worst experience I could imagine for family vacation. I hope no one gets same experience.

It’s was ok, until the Ac Brooke and we have to go back and forth while the front desk stuff was getting aggravated with us and how we were here for our anniversary and it got ruined because of the ongoing issue

This was my second year consecutive coming to Dreams Vista and once again we had an AMAZING experience.
We have to be specially thankful to Jorge, Dania and Kendor at the beach/pool area who were so nice and provided incredible service!
Esteban was also unbelievable!!! We has our chef at Himitsu during the Teppanyaki table experience and he was so nice and funny!
Carlo’s, at the Desires sports bar was also very nice and welcoming! Excellent service!

I will not come back or not recommending at all. Food is terrible and not much choices. The same food everyday. Service is no good, special mention, Lucrecia Restaurant. Worst food i ever tested and air conditioning is was not working

horrible arrival time, no early check in. no call when room was ready we had to go and ask. room had no function air condition. had to complain about 4 times before getting a new room, that only had cold water.
90min meeting for preffered signup turned into 3 hours then they get mad when you dont sign up.
Wendy was the only employee who listned to our concers. as far as restaurants waiters were also great, that was prob the best part of the hotel.
dont waste your time and money here.
