room was very good. only issue was on 4th floor whcih is a smoking floor. people kept slamming doors all throughout the night. other than that everything was fine.

Long wait time at checkin
Checkin did not start until 4 pm on Saturday night, which is fine but the hotel was very busy . We waited in line for 10 minutes and when it was my turn, outlr room was not available. She told ne to wait for 30 minutes or more. I asked for an upgrade and not available. So we waited. Got back in line about 45 minutes late and once again waited 10 mins. And room was ready. Room was fine and clean.

A nice staycation
We stayed in Lawrenceburg after a football game in Cincinnati. The Sportsbook restaurant had good food and plenty of TVs to watch sports. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and check in was faster than expected. There’s plenty of parking because they have a casino. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the room was clean.

Overall beautiful hotel- needs minor updates
The ceiling vent in the bathroom desperately needs cleaning. Also, one of the bath towels was torn and frayed. This is such a beautiful hotel/resort. Hope new updates to rooms are coming soon

Bad experience all around
The place was filthy and the drapes didn't close so there were bright lights shining in the window all night. There was no control over the thermostat. The desk people were not accommodating at all and there is no valet parking. I am elderly so I had requested a room close to the elevator or lobby and was ignored so had to walk too far to my room.

The property definitely needs some updates. The carpets in the hallways are filthy. The carpet in the room is loose - needs stretched. It smelled like urine in the lobby. The casino was good and the Final Cut Steakhouse was also very good. We were also charged $15 for early check-in. The room was obviously ready and after 7.5 hours in the car, it was worth paying, but I don’t recall having to pay for an early check-in ever.

Liked that it was right by the casino. The hotel smells like smoke in the hallways and elevator. It would be good if the hotel would be like all the major hotel chains and have all non smoking rooms.

The property was fine for a casino hotel. Stains on the floor and furniture need to be taken care of. Stated as a non smoking facility, but the odor was very strong.

Room cleanliness was adequate. The bath was not clean however the rest of the room was acceptable. Room is tired and the carpets are well worn and occasionally dirty. Overall the hotel facility could use a refresh.
