My recent experience at this establishment was nothing short of horrific. I checked in on Saturday night, Upon entering my room, I immediately discovered that the toilet was broken. I promptly contacted maintenance and housekeeping, not once, but three times over the course of twelve agonizing hours. Despite my repeated calls and the obvious necessity of a working restroom, nobody ever arrived to address the issue. It's frankly appalling to think I paid over $150 for a room with a non-functional toilet. The issue wasn't even resolved until the following morning, after I was forced to go to the front desk yet again to demand a plunger, which I used myself to fix the problem in a mere 30 seconds. It was evident that the hotel staff chose to completely ignore my calls and requests, moving at an infuriatingly slow pace and ultimately failing to provide even the most basic of services. This was especially egregious as my disabled daughter was staying with me, and we were forced to go without a usable restroom the entire night. To add insult to injury, the hotel staff didn't even offer a gesture of reimbursement or compensation for their negligence and our considerable discomfort. After this disastrous experience, I can confidently say I will never stay at another Hilton property again.
