Hotellet har ett bra läge i Rom. Promenadavstånd till sevärdheter. Bra service, trevlig personal. Vi nyttjade transfer till flygplatsen. Åker vi till Rom igen så bokar vi gärna samma hotell.

Fantastic small gated hotel. Close to many restaurants and historical sites. Reception staff were very welcoming and helped us with everything. Nice breakfast every morning.

Magnifique mais bruit dans couloir du service

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble : chambre propre, emplacement pratique et tout s’est bien passé. Seul bémol : du bruit de vaisselle assez tôt le matin dans le couloir, ce qui a un peu perturbé le repos.

Super easy to walk to all main attractions. Rome was over 120 degrees and the room AC was the coldest air conditioning we had in our whole 3 weeks of Europe. Highly recommend for a couple day stay or quick trip to Rome. Staff was super friendly and helpful in making us feel welcomed. Our main concern was storing our 4 bags when we arrived and the staff took good care of our luggage and already had the bags in our room upon our return.

Bra centralt hotell nära till allt.

Bra centralt hotell med okey rum. Nära till allt i stan. Lite hårda sängar men skönt med AC. Frukosten är helt okey, har det man behöver men ingen full buffé så att säga. Lite konstigt vid incheckning då vi kom en timme tidigt och ville höra om det gick att checka in tidigare då vi hade det som ”fördel” som guldkund. Det fanns lediga rum men då skulle vi få betala 30€ extra. Efter mycket diskussion och 30min väntan så fick vi ett rum.

Made me pay an extra 30 euros for checking in 3 hours before checkin time. I'm checking out 5 hours before checkout-- can I expect to get an early checkout refund....inconsistent amenities, people are nice, rooms are decent-sized

This was truly one of the best experiences I have had with any hotel. Jasmine greeted us at the front desk, helped us get to know the area better, and was so kind to us. She gave us a lot of information on what was included in our stay and gave us a map with directions that certainly made walking around easy!

Hotel liegt sehr gelegen, haben innerhalb der 4 Tage die wir da waren nahezu alle Teile der Stadt erkundet, ohne den öffentlichen Verkehr zu nutzen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse wohl ganz ok. Buffet wirkt zwar erst Recht klein, gibt aber jeden Morgen etwas neues. Kaffee bereitet das Personal auf Wunsch frisch zu. Zimmer wirken aufgeräumt sauber und mit dem notwendigen ausgestattet. Betten waren bequem Am Zimmer gibt es aber leider auch die meisten Kritik - Punkte: Zum einen gab es keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen und Frische Luft hinein zu lassen - Man war also weitestgehend von der Klimaanlage abhängig. So ging es anscheinend Recht vielen in diesen Wohnblock was dazu führte das entsprechend viele Klimaanlagen dauerhaft liefen. Da wir unser Zimmer zum Innenhof hin hatten wo die Anlagen aufgestellt hatten, hatten wir Tag und Nacht eine entsprechend brumnige Soundkulisse. Da die Fenster nicht gut isoliert / geräuschdämmend waren war der Ton auch im Zimmer dauerhaft zu hören. Die Wände innerhalb des Hotels waren auch nicht die dicksten, so könnte man immer gut hören wenn jemand duschte, die Toilette spülte oder der Wecker klingelte. Alles in allen konnten wir aber trotz der Geräusche sehr gut schlafen und ausgeruht in den Tag starten. Ein weiteres "Problem" war die Dusche. Sowohl am Rand des Beckens wo die Tür hängt als auch beim Abfluss gab es schwarze stellen. Was das genau war kann ich nicht beurteilen.

This hotel was hard to find at first, especially because it’s on the 3rd floor of a building on a quiet street. Thankfully our taxi driver was able to find it and drive us right up to the front gate, and we were able to figure out to take the (small) elevator to the 3rd floor. There are gates that lock after on the outside of the building in the evening, which is nice and reassuring for safety. The hotel room was lovely, simple, comfortable and well appointed. The room had a small mini fridge with items available for purchase. There was enough room in there for us to put our water bottles. The bathroom was a nice size with everything in good working order. The shower was small but had great water pressure and no worries about not enough hot water. The only thing to note is that the AC didn’t get as cool as we hoped that it would. Although it allows you to toggle it down to 16 degrees Celsius, it only ever got down to 26 degrees, which was pretty warm but compared to the hot July weather outside, it was ok. We asked the front desk and were told that the AC was working, so we just figured that we must be used to colder temps and dealt with it. Thankfully we happened to have a small USB travel fan, which helped. Still a nice hotel and would recommend it, especially because it had a great location with most sites so easily walkable and because the staff there was so helpful and friendly.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, easy to walk to all the major sites and the hotel was very clean and cute. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they gave great recommendations and helped us out with the unexpected travel issues that always seem to come up. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.
