Excelente opción en Punta Cana
Muy buena experiencia, la habitación es muy cómoda, con algunos pequeños detalles que necesitarían remodelación pero nada importante. Todo el personal de servicio es muy amable y sonriente, con una verdadera intención de que tu estadía sea placentera. La comida es verdaderamente sabrosa, algo poco común en los hoteles all inclusive. En todos los restaurantes nos gustó mucho la comida. La playa súper tranquila, excelente para nadar un poco en el mar. La piscina es inmensa por lo que puedes estar tranquilo sin que nadie te moleste. El único detalle fue en la llegada que las habitaciones tardaron en estar listas, te dejan hacer uso de las instalaciones desde que llegas, y te piden volver a front desk a las 3 pm para recibir tu habitación, sin embargo no estaban listas y tuvimos que esperar más de 30 minutos ahí.

El hotel majestic Colonial fue una gran decepción por todo lo siguiente : Cuarto oscuro con poca iluminación Cuarto Húmedo Aire frío que no se apaga Sábanas y cama mojadas Habían Cucarachas envío foto Cafetera dañada Nos dieron un Cambio de habitación y el teléfono y televisor dañados. Tuve una Calamidad doméstica el 30 de diciembre y el hotel no dio una respuesta que hay falta de humanidad empatía y cortesía con el huésped. Instalaciones deterioradas, puertas en mal estado, y viejas sin mantenimiento. Playas sin suficientes sillas , hay que sentarse en el suelo. Televisión antiguo no S-Mart TV. A mi hija le hicieron un tratamiento de cabello en el spa y le arrancaron el pelo y lesionaron su cuero cabelludo, personal sin experiencia y con falta de entrenamiento en atención al público. Nunca volveré a ese hotel y publicaré las fotos de lo que relacioné anteriormente para que otros clientes estén advertidos de las malas instalaciones y mal servicio.

The Souvenir shop price gouges on personal hygiene products so if you have to overstock, it’s better than having to pay 33 American dollars for a box of 12 tampons. Also save your money and buy souvenir from the vendors on the beach as they are more reasonable than on the property. When leaving the property be prepared to be bombarded by locals trying to bamboozle you for money. Ex: if doing a boat excursion. make sure to have money on you to use the bathroom as they won’t let you use the bathroom if you don’t have money. Other than that, the staff at the resort were very friendly and courteous.

We had a group of 23 and had a fantastic time. The beach is one of the prettiest I have ever been to. Rooms are very spacious. The only negative was they allow smoking everywhere so you will smell cigarettes and pot all throughout the resort. I wish they had a designated smoking area. It definitely affected our trip. The staff is super friendly and always happy to serve you. The drinks were excellent. Food was average. We had no problems getting reservations for the restaurants that needed them and we were always able to walk into the other ones. The best part of this resort is that you didn’t have to play the chair game. There were always plenty of chairs to choose from at beach and pool.

The hotel was my first ever resort stay.its not my last there were very few issues. 1 was fidge in room never working, and all ice machines in areas not working. The hotel guest services are run very well. Always friendly.

I enjoyed the property its beautiful landscape and swimming area. However, housekeeping was disappointing when requested towels they only provided it once then had none for the rest of stay. Lack of attention to detail.

I would give this resort 4.5 stars. The room they gave us was not quiet enough and had a slight mildew smell, so they quickly moved us to a quiet room and it did not have that smell. Here are the cons: the toilet was high off the ground and is like an airline toilet. Its a tight area with a glass door, so you can hear everything. The showers rain head is not centered in the stall. The faucets do not go far enough into the bowl so i was always having a wet counter. The people that cleaned the room did a fair job. Their is an overabundance of employees, some had colds and were sniffling, probably where i picked up my cold about 4 days after arriving. The food is good and the drinks are tasty but weak on alcohol. You really have to use the shh..do not disturb on your door, becaue if its not on the outside, they knock and enter pretty quick and too often. Most of the time they did not clean the room till late afternoon. They also allow people selling stuff on the private beach, so your approched quite a bit. The pros: the beds are very comfortable and you can black out the light in the room. The balconies are spacious. The fridge is nice, the jacuzzi has strong jets. The room is quiet, you can only hear loud people in the hall. The central air is nice and not noisy. I liked the robe and slippers. The buffet had a huge selection and it seemed fresh. The restaurants good. The grounds are amazing looking, very tropical. The pools are very clean, The beach is nice plenty of shade.

Buen Hotel, mucha naturaleza, buena comida.
Nuestra primera vez en Punta Cana. Nos soprendió el Hotel porque a pesar de no ser muy nuevo si tienen un entorno muy natural, Más naturaleza y menos cemento. Los restaurantes muy bien, con gran variedad de comidas, escelentes camareras y servicio al cliente. Muy bien el minibar todo incluido. Los licores que ofrecen en los bares son de buena calidad. La piscina es fantástica. Vale la pena invertir en una habitación consalida a la piscina. Es un espacio fenomanal con bañera para disfrutar durante las estancia. La Playa inmejorable de arena blanca y buenos sitios de asoleadoras y sombra. Para mejorar: Las actividades nocturnas. No puede ser una fiesta silenciosa con audífonos en la tierra del Merengue y la bachata los latinoamericanos queremos grupos y música en vivo. Lo mismo los show nocturnos para rescatar el Circo pero los demas a los que pudimos asistir no son llamativos. En términos generales buen Hotel con mucha naturaleza, excelentes comidas y atención. Vimos otros de la misma cadena pero no por más nuevos pueden ser mejores.

We loved this property. We were in the adults only side in the bottom floor with swim up pool access. The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.
