Terrible
The hotel was under construction…very dusty and room smelled. We didn’t have hot water and the front desk said “this hotel doesn’t have that hot of water”. We also had a spider in the bathroom. We had a 5 year old and was too much to try and change hotels.

Average but has potential
staff was friendly and pleasant, room rate was lower which was good. Most ameneties were not available as its going thru a rebuild. No restaurant, no gym, lobby was under construction, pool was not heated and hot tub did not have jets working. Parking was $10 a night when there is a free public lot next door seemed chinsy to charge for parking when most of property was not available to use. Beach is walking distance which is very nice, overall once place is finished it should be very nice.

Does Not Meet Expectations
The building is currently under renovation. The pictures online do not even come close to matching what you reserve. Also, if you are expecting and or paying for a room with an ocean view. That doesn't exist... Your view will be the pool and homes. The beach and ocean view is severely obstructed. Rooms need to be completely renovated also. Either a lot of detailed things were missed, or the renovation is being piecemeal by an unprofessional contractor. The side door was being kept blocked open with a small stone because the card reader was broken. Until this location gets their property together and accurate details about the property. Book with one of the larger brands near this location.

Awful
I have been coming for years here they have new management and the hotel is awful. I paid astronomical amount for a hotel that gave me pool towels for the shower. Was dirty, lights not work, the people working were absolutely rude. I understand they were doing renovations but we had no idea the walls were empty and we were in a shell of a room. There was not even water, no coffee or any food options. I had to walk to other hotels for service. I will never go back.

Disappointed
I was aware that they were going through remodeling, but it was more like a construction zone. The lobby was torn apart and checking was at a folding table with completed. The rooms were incomplete and lights did not work in the bathroom, the hot tub had no jacuzzi, when asked for an extra bath towel we got a small pool towel. The restaurant was closed down. They should have discounted the price in this case, but instead I paid over $400 for one night.

Could be great
The room was supposed to have a jacuzzi. It was replaced with a desk. The hotel is remodeling the entrance and restaurant. The rooms are not being remodeled. The pictures must be from the opening because the room had paint peeling from the ceiling, the locks didn’t work, they gave you exactly 2 towels. No light in the bathroom so we had to move the floor lamp to the bathroom. Also no vents or fans in the bathroom. Tons of mildew in shower and no water pressure. They still trying to charge 250 a night. The front desk people did discount the stay but will def not be staying again.

Couples weekend.
It was a good stay. The staff were super nice and amazing. The room, luke warm shower water. No hot water for shower. No hat water in sink. Requested a top floor room several times through email. No response. Needs a lot work on communication.

Could have been better.
Constant beeping starting early morning due to lift for painters. Sauna, lobby and restaurant out of service due to renovations. Asked for towels twice. Housekeeping picked up towels and never brought any back. Positives: beach access, close to restaurants and other things in the area. Staff was friendly.

Amazing Hotel
I loved the hotel and the location was beyond what i expected. AMAZING! It was under construction but I just needed a place to sleep that was at a good location and clean. There were also a lot of good restaurants at walking distance

A work in Progress
The hotel is in the process of being renovated so there were several things going on. Our room was large and handicapped accessible. The shower needs better drainage because the floor got wet. There were missing base tiles in the bathroom. The room only had a free standing closet and the ironing board would not stand up properly so very dangerous when opening the door. We had a lovely patio facing the pool. The music was really loud for sitting out there. We had an issue with our key the second day which took awhile to be resolved. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for things. He was working at a makeshift desk due to the construction. The hotel will be lovely when finished and we would stay there again. It is close to the beach and has great possibilities.

Over all it was a good experience. NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING in rooms. Needs updated. Asked for light bulb to be replaced but never gor done.
