Good but aging hotel in need of an upgrade, would not describe as 5 star, more like a 4 star.
Introduction to the hotel by a member of staff was very limited, just gave us a price of paper with a QR code and left us to figure it all out for ourselves, told we had a butler but not told how to get in contact or use so never saw or used them.
Most staff are very good, but some can be grumpy.
We had issues with our air-conditioning in our room which started leaking heavily at 2am, seemed like a well known issue with a drop tray oberflowing, was fixed quickly but still created a bad night's sleep.
Breakfast was OK, with some food clearly being warmed up from the previous day which I did not expect.
Food was mixed based on which restaurant you went to. MB was excellent, others were OK but not great.
Overall enjoyed being there, just not a 5 star experience, more 4 star.
