The family room booked was very tired looking and was in need of desperate updating. Compared to other hotels this room needs to be brought upto date with bedside usb sockets, a bigger smart television, new update to the curtains and the mattress was so uncomfortable that I have had a bad back since sleeping in it.
In general though the hotel main areas were clean and tidy but looked tired.
The reception staff were lovely, polite and friendly.
