Bad service
The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included.
I show the confirmation later and also the member card. But the front desk only keep saying that they didn’t see that info from their record. They only asked me to solve this via my agent and not willing to help to double check in their side.
This is bad experience and I won’t stay again.
