Last month, I booked two rooms of the Ibis Hotel located at Princess Street, Manchester. When I arrived at night on 13 July 2019, the receptionist told me that there’s no room for my family due to their technical problems of online booking. He told us there’s no alternative but move us to another hotel at Portland Street. Since it was about 11:30 pm, we had no choice at all. We had to carry our baggages back to car and drove there. All along, there was no assistance from the hotel. The attitude of the staff made me feel that it was my fault. I was sorry to my family and such experiences had really ruined my holiday mood. I would like to lodge a serious complaint here.
