Mixed Experience for a One-Night Stay
We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and while it had its good points, a few issues stood out. The room was decently clean, which we appreciated, and the shower had plenty of hot water—always a plus after a long day. The desk worker was polite and helpful during check-in, which made a good first impression. The beds weren’t very comfortable but they were clean. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when we got stuck in the elevator. It was a stressful situation, though it was eventually resolved. Given this issue, we’d hesitate to stay again unless we knew the elevator was in working order. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but the elevator mishap left us with mixed feelings.

Horrible- DO NOT STAY HERE
This hotel is dirty, dirty, dirty. Common areas are nasty. Carpets and floors look like they have never been cleaned. We would have left if it wasn’t Taylor Swift weekend and all hotels were booked. This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell of weed was over whelming on the 3rd floor. We were only given one bath towel. Bad. Remove this hotel from your app. 👎👎👎

Horrible
The room had nats and flys flying all around the room. They even had fly traps hanging from the ceiling in every corner. Even over the toilet and over the bed itself. They did not have any other rooms I could transfer to. They did give me a full refund.

Not a good experience.
I had to wait for 15 minutes for a front desk person to take care of me. The bed spread and sheets did not appear clean, the shower curtain looked like it had blood or coffee stains on it. The curtains didn’t fully close so there was light shining through all night and my room was across from the door to the stairs which slams very loudly and the elevator was not operating therefore it was being used and slammed constantly all hours. I was happy to leave at 4am..

The room was completely run down and dirty. The bathtub had pink mildew build up in it. The counter around the stove was falling apart. And all furniture was completely beat up and run down. All staff I delt with was incredibly nice but I won't stay due to the condition of the hotel.

The room I got was dirty ,took pictures of the bed wasn't made it looked like someone took a shower left towels on the floor ..the manager Denise fad such a bad attitude towards me . I was informed that I couldn't stay any longer because I paid late everyday informed her that I have a regular job plus I door dash to get extra money, in which I was paying for my room with on a nightly basis. She didn't want to hear me out. She just said you can leave voluntary or she will call the cops saying I was trespassing....so I gather my belongings and left

Absolute horror! The only reason I am giving this hotel one star is because the front desk girl she is absolutely the very nicest and the only reason why I continue to stay for the night. There is people in the hallway sitting outside in front of doors. Is very uncomfortable to come out in the hallway for any reason and when you do, you should run because the people who typically are in the hallway are scary. I had to switch rooms because the first room the handle on the refrigerator was so black and the refrigerator was white you could not touch the handle. The floors are sticky theres stuff left all over the floors and in the corners. The light kept flickering and couldn’t be fixed. The couch had stains on it and so did the chairs. The stove was filthy with rust all over the cooktop. The floor in the bathtub was almost black even though the bathtub is white. There was only two flat pillows in a queen double room, the bed was missing a Blanket and a sheet. Housekeeping needs to be fired. They are absolutely the worst. People were coming to the front desk as I was downstairs, asking for another room, saying that their key did not work for the room that they were staying in ID was not asked for to confirm that they were in fact the occupant of that room and they were given another key to a The room that they said they were staying in even though it was not being verified. There’s no telling who Will come into your room. So don’t try to take a shower. The bathtub was so dirty.

terrible hotel would not recommend to anyone, smells, dirty, mold on the walls, blood on the wall, stains on the carpet in the room, staff was not friendly all around horrible experience there was a hole in the ceiling with all the electrical wires showing , we were there for maybe 2 hrs and found another hotel to stay in and was not refunded our complete charges, which considering the circumstances we should of been refunded our full charges all around terrible
