I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. I had breakfast around 10 on the check out day, which should have been included as free, but the hotel charged for the full amount. In my first call with them, I strongly stated that it was an error. And the staff just made me wait, claiming they didn't charge extra fee. But the fact is that they charged extra and didn't admit it in at the first time! I made five phone calls to solve this problem, wasting a lot of my time, and finally got a refund half a month later. I will never stay at this hotel again. The staff were not clear about the charging system and lied.
