Early celebrations?
We checked in on 12/30 for just one night. There were two people at the front desk. A man, who kept going round and round with me about being a Hampton Inn member. I kept telling him I'd made my reservation through Hotels and prepaid it. He didn't seem to understand how to find me. The other person, a woman, who said she was the manager either was suffering from a medical condition that made her speech slurred or she was completely inebriated. She had trouble keeping her eyes open. She also was pushing the rewards program with Hampton. Between the two of them it became exhausting quickly. I just wanted to check in!
Our room was clean enough. The beds were very uncomfortable tho. So much so that I woke up with a backache.
Breakfast was your typical free breakfast from a chain hotel. Powdered wet eggs, but the precooked bacon was crispy and tasty. Overall nothing to really write home about.
I probably wouldn't stay at this location again due to the front desk run around.
