Nice Experience
The resort is nice. The location is in a semi-remote area there are ALOT of deers. To utilize all activities, summer stays might be best. To just cuddle up all day in the room then any season would be enjoyable. The sauna room heat didn't work, so 4 stars.

30 Year Anniversary and return to the Poconos
The hotel was definitely showing its age, but we enjoyed the stay. The breakfast menu was not available, but the buffet was very good. For the room, there were ceiling tiles that were flaking off at random times, falling on the floor and coffee table. The very friendly deer made the experience very enjoyable, eating from your hand and following us back to our room each evening.

Perfect getaway
My husband and myself enjoyed our stay! Stacey at the front desk was amazing she was very accommodating and took her time with explaining everything regarding our stay! We loved the games with Billy! The rooms could use an upgrade however our room was very clean! Thank you cove haven!

Ugly is an understatement!!
I was there for 2 nights the first night the hot tub was dirty so I asked them to clean it but with no answer I went myself to the front desk to ask them to clean it they told me they'll send someone but never did I sent an email that was only answered after my stay, this place is gross, I highly recommend not to book!!

Great place, but could be much better.
This place was everything I thought it would be and more. I will definitely be returning. However there were a few small issues. The biggest one was the fact that the bed rolls away from the headboard. My wife and I tried to cuddle up in bed to watch a movie and we could not sit up against the headboard at all without the bed sliding away causing all the pillows and almost ourselves to fall in between. Second, we ordered lunch to be delivered to the suite. After calling 3 times(no answer the first two, then called the front desk and they put me thru to an actual person) I was on hold for what felt like 10 minutes before I could put my order in. They said it would take 45 minutes for delivery as they were very busy, no problem. However when the food finally arrived it was cold, like it had been sitting out waiting for someone to bring it up. Finally, when housekeeping came in with fresh towels and to refill our little coffee station, they saw that we had used the regular coffee and not the decaf. What did they do? Replaced the missing regular coffee with more decaf. I couldn't believe it. They either weren't thinking at all, or just didn't care. I called the front desk and they did take care of it rather quickly. Within I'd say 30 minutes there was a knock at the door like the police serving a warrant, and around the outside handle was a bag with regular coffee pods in it. This place is great, but for the money they charge, they could put more effort into the little things.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I first got there they put us in this extremely filthy room everything was old spider webs all over with peeling paint and bed that feel over. Then they upgraded us to a fully renovated room so they said but it was just a room with new floors other than that paint still peeling. The smell was horrible still many spiders and webs and the jacuzzi had black things when turns on. There was rust and smelled of mildew. The worst experience ever. Don’t recommend this hotel to no one.

I surprised my wife for her birthday with Cove Haven Resorts. Usually, she travels to islands for her birthday, but I decided to take the trip local. Weh we arrived, she was in awe of the presentation of the land of love. She felt like we were in a magical fairy tale. The all-inclusive meals were a big plus, the CXO games are fun. A great way to bond closer with your partner and other couples. The late night events are entertaining. Overall, this is one of the best resorts we've been too. We stood in Cove's Corner. The size of the room was perfect. The fireplace was cozy and the heart-shaped tub was romantic. We will definitely be coming back sooner or later. Every couple should be here. P.S. there is deer on the resort that walk around. If you love deer, you'll love this. The gift shop sells deer food to feed them. - The Bazile's

I liked the activities and atmosphere. The edan apple room was awesome. The breakfast was fantastic. Spooners is a great treat and food was great. The parking to get to my room was a little far. But manageable. The wildlife is so beutiful to see that many deer in one place.

Once upon a time Coven Resort probably was a beautiful place to stay but now it is in serious need of renovations my 1st room was really dirty and had a lot of broken equipment the second room was cleaner but it was still dirty the tile and surfaces need a deep cleaning couches are old carpet is old it is time to upgrade the rooms especially with the amount of money you pay to stay here
