The hotel was nice and clean, however didn’t appreciate not being notified by hotels.com or by Marriott of a $150 pet fee or a $39 parking fee until after my check in, especially when I searched “pet friendly hotels” and submitted a request for the first floor due to my dogs. The fees cost more than the room.

Marriott’s always meets expectations.

I was a little disappointed that there was no microwave in the room, also the shower had 2 shower heads but the handicap one was broken and although we reported it it was never fixed. We were still able to use the shower.

“Location, location, location”
If there was a “fine” rating I would give it. Hotel could use some updating. I would describe the decor as “millennial grey” which is a bit depressing. Our room seemed clean. Bed was not super comfy. Overall this was a fine place to sleep, nothing to write home about. It’s all about the location, really. Front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. Parking is 40 bucks and lobby coffee is 5 dollars and it’s terrible.

Bad Experience
I love the facility, but I cannot give a high rating for the service. I changed my reservation from a two-day stay to a one-day stay, but the hotel charged me an extra fee for a no-show, even though I made the change well in advance. I spent three hours going back and forth between Hotels.com and Marriott. Hotels.com said I had one reservation and that it was up to me to follow up with Marriott since they had two reservations for my stay. When I called Marriott, they directed me back to Hotels.com to resolve the issue. The Marriott accounting department told me to file a complaint with my credit card company. This experience has shown me poor customer service. I am still stuck with the bill. Can someone help?

Great Location
I really like this location and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. the main issue I have and why I hesitate to stay there again is their cell reception (Verizon) is not great and their wi-fi only allows one device and cost money if not a Bonvoy member. Another concern is the hefty parking fee of $39 per night.
