The grounds are well kept, and the hotel l itself and the room itself was clean and well maintained. My only problem with the room was the shower head was about 5' 9" on the wall, and I'm 6'1", but I made it work. The casino has lots of electronic gaming, but no tables. But, I'm not much of a gambler, so it makes no difference to me. Overall, I'd recommend.

A gem in Oneida County
This place is a gem in Oneida County. I normally stay elsewhere, then decided to try something new. My room was clean and smoke free. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and multiple large towels. My only concern with most hotels are the small side sofa/couches contained within each room. As a tall person I always struggle sitting on and rising from this small furniture. My wife is 5'8" and average weight and I had to lend her a hand just to rise off the sofa. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. My only suggestion for the front desk would be to take a customer first mindset. I came to the front desk with a question the group was in the left corner chatting. Caleb walked away from the group but instead of saying "May I help you?" or something similar...nada...he just stared at me. I asked my question after what seemed like an eternity of staring. He did answer my question but is "How may I help you sir/ma'am" so difficult to say when working in a customer service capacity?

A great stay once again ~ repeat customer
We had a clean, spacious and comfortable room. We have stayed here 3 times now as its is nice having the casino and restaurants attached to the hotel and our kids enjoy the indoor pool and arcade area. The staff is friendly and helpful!

It was not made clear on the reservation that breakfast was not complimentary on weekends. There was no hot water and the handle fell off on the faucet. The tub was dirty.

Pretty nice quiet hotel. The casino is small. Nice being next to the race track. They were paving the entire hotel parking lot so had to park by the casino.

Call hotel for actual room information.
Be careful when booking. No breakfast included as advertised on weekends even when bookimg a room.that includes it in the description. Room with 2 fulls beds absolutely terrible sleeping. We were on the 7th floor the parking lot was still.very loud. The room was clean. Checkin was good, checkout was poor. The young man seemed very put out that I questioned about the breakfast issue. He asked another staff member wjo stated this was not the first time this happened however she did nothing about it. Very disappointing overall.
