Awful Stay
This hotel was awful. My family and I arrived and the lobby area seemed simple and clean. However, the room was terrible the moment you enter, it smelled heavily of bleach, the bathroom was deplorable, the tub was dirty, (as shown on the pic). My daughter sat on the bed, only to have her jacket bleached, by the bleach they apparently sprayed on the bed to mask the odor in the room. Next, the fire alarm was basically hanging off the wall, and the microwave made a loud snapping electrical sound, so we decided not to risk warming food. The TV volume could not be changed, so you couldn't hear anything. My family and I were there for 1 night and refused to sleep out of our jeans out of fear of what may have been on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel, not even for an overnight trip.

Location was good as we went to Sawgrass Outlet. The hotel is very dirty, from the entrance, hallways, and elevator to the room. My daughter found hair in the bathroom shower and on the bed. There is only one elevator, and it broke down. We were on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very simple, with only cold egg omelets available. There were only bread, cold omelets, and cereal. At night, there was a room with loud music playing until 11 PM, and it wouldn’t stop.

Catastrophique !! Le pire hôtel que j’ai pu essayer!! Surtout n’y aller pas à fuir !! Un hôtel insalubre !!! Moisissures dans la salle de bain . Odeur horrible dans la chambre . Literie catastrophique !! Miroir cassé !! Ampoule ne fonctionne pas !! Rien ne va dans cette hôtel il devrait être fermé !! Une vrai arnaque pour une nuit de 170 dollars !!! À fuir ! Ils ont refusé de me rembourser après ma réclamation avec photos !

Never come back
The hotel needs immediate remodeling and having someone do a cleaning inspection was a very bad experience, the bathroom curtains with mold and hair and the mirror broken. The fountain at the entrance of the hotel with the rotten water.

Poor
The outside of the hotel was unkept. Lots of trash. The entrance was very nice as well as the lobby. The elevator has seen better days as well as the hallway to our room. Here are some pictures of our room. I can’t say that all the rooms looked like this but I will not be returning.
