We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was not working so was not able to stream on the tv but they had cable so were still able to watch that. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful getaway in San Clemente
Really great location- balcony, view of sea. Great customer service, parking lot, microwave and fridge in room, spacious, clean- everything was wonderful.

Great location. Clean rooms. The double bed room has a lot of space. One thing to keep in mind is that one side of the hotel is right next to the freeway, so if you are a light sleeper the constant car noise may be an issue. The guy who checked us in was not very helpful. He did not give us any info of the property and amenities. For example there is a marketplace with water, snacks and convenience items that we didn’t know about until halfway through our stay.

Mixed feelings on this stay. Check in attendant was rude and I did not get the upgraded room I paid for. The hotel is a bit tired for the amount you pay. LOCATION is the best in SC...walk to downtown restaurants, beach ect.... The mid-night attendant was great...I had to go to my car and was running through the lobby to the garage...and she followed me out...to make sure I was ok (it was after mid-night). I really appreciated her watching out to a fellow female. I needed to print a document for work...printer did not work, but night attendant had me email it and printed out for me...which saved me a trip. No stay is perfect.

I really liked the friendliness of the desk staff and cleaning ladies. Everyone was super kind and easy to talk to. We also got early check in which was so nice after a long day of travel! A little loud next to the highway, but otherwise great!!

Great location
Have stayed here before. Team are great, hotel is a little aged. Would I stay again? As a loyal customer for over 10 years, it is a shame the Hotels.com have devalued their rewards program by 80%. So probably not.

Stressful
Upon checking in and going to our room, our room was under construction and unable to be lived in. When I went back to the front, there were no more like rooms available. They had to scramble to figure out a room situation since the hotel was at capacity.

Great stay for a beach weekend. Easy access to downtown San Clemente and right off the freeway. The room was a bit outdated but clean. Elevators are quite old and take long. Parking is free and underground but can run out of spots quickly.
