This was not a nice staying experience. The room we booked was King Bed Room. However when I checked in, it shows that it was a double Queen bed, and I need to add extra $22 to upgrade to a king bed room.
So I told the employee that it was the wrong room instead of what we booked. They just nodded coldly and gave me a new room.
When I get to the king bed room, it was old and dirty and the shower room was so so bad. It doesn’t even have a door, just a curtain. It was so tiny and when you turn on the water, the whole bathroom got wet.
It doesn’t look like anything from the photos they posted on the website. It was even worse than a Quality In room honestly.
They said they would sent someone up the check the condition and no one did. So I had to go down again and told them about the situation. And the ambassador just said “oh we don’t have more king bed room for you, the one I have is a double Queen bed room” which is the original one they wanted to gave us.
Well at least this one’s shower has a door….
I wonder, if they don’t have any more king bed room, then why would they give me the option to upgrade with extra $22? When I told them I already booked one, they just gave me the worst one so they can make me switch to the initial Queen bed room. This is fraud.
I would never stay there again, and I suggest anyone else just pay a little extra to stay in a nice modern hotel. It will make the whole experience way better.
