Don't come back late!
Second night we stayed we returned at 11.30 to find that we were locked out. We had been told to just ring the bell. We rang the bell and knocked on the door for 10 minutes. Eventually a neighbour we had woken up with our banging on the door came to investigate. He phoned the concierge. She heard the phone (not the bell ringing/nor the knocking!)and opened the door. Our guide quizzed her the next day, she had fallen asleep! We were the only gusts that night. Poor service.
