We didn’t stay in the property because the place was completely below the minimum standard.
The pictures do not represent the reality, I tried to pass by one day earlier to check the place the landlord didn’t accept.
Also, the room was smelling bad and too small (not even similar to the picture)
I am really disappointed from this false marketing, Expedia must warn the landlord and try to compensate for my loss. I had to book another hotel last minute and paid double.
I would appreciate if you can send someone to inspect as well since this will impact negatively the reputation of your esteemed agency.
On top of that, the landlord didn’t care that we are leaving not even to ask what bothered us.
I count on you to warn the landlord also to seek a compensation specially that we didn’t even stay 15 minutes in the hotel because of hygiene the low quality
