Hotel With Jeju has a good location, short walking to nearby shopping and eating area.
However, the hotel provided misleading information to customer. The hotel showed that they will provide air conditioning all the time on the website. The air conditioning was not functioning and my room was 27 degree. Even the fan function was off which made the room extremely stuffy and hot. The lady in the front desk responded that was the culture of Korea, air-conditioning was only available on summer. When I told her the information on the booking website differed from what she claimed, she said that "YOU SHOULD DO BETTER PREPARATION BEFORE COMING TO JEJU INSTEAD OF JUST LOOKING AT THE INFORMATION". Zero help was provided by the hotel regarding this, even we attempted to open the window for ventilation, noise issue would come up since the room is next to a massive construction site which works on Sunday morning as well.
Another issue was the toiletries which showed complimentary during the booking. I was charged for 1000KWR per set and the amount was insufficient for 4 nights. So bette to prepare your own if you are still going to stay in this hotel.
So, the integrity of the hotel was in doubt and their attitude was very unsetting. They did not feel a bit of apologetic regarding the difference between what promised on the website and the reality. Indeed, it seems that they feel nothing wrong for the providing incorrect information. The worst attitude of hotel ever encountered.
