Customer satisfaction / management issue
Aircon for the first room is malfunction, then we change the room. When we take the new room card, the attitude of the front staff is awful. They hurry us to pack our luggage to move to new room because they want to sell the room to other customer. We wonder they don't care about customers ' feeling and satisfaction. Outdoor temperature is over 40 degrees but they still sell the room without fixing the aircon. It is a management issue. The second room conditions is not good and dated. Room size is huge but not optimise. Waste a lot of space for nothing. Cloth closet is unreasonably small.
