Martina was wonderful, constantly offering help if needed. Loved the location, many restaurants and shops in walking distance. A couple minor hiccups probably more to language misunderstanding. Felt very secure during our stay.

Lovely large room with balcony in the centre of the old town. Excellent location in pedestrian precinct which limits transport ie taxis etc. clean and tidy with very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Did not realize that this is on the main tourist avenue (via Maqueda) when I booked it. Getting in to the room is a little tricky, especially at night after a day's travel. It involves a couple of codes, a remote for the elevator, and not great lighting. But the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and sound from the street below was not a problem.

Excellent location in the middle of lots of restaurants and attractions. Check in process was easy, and we could store our luggage for a few hours after check out which was a big bonus for us. I was worried about potential noise at night when I saw a big jar of ear plugs in the common area, but we didn't have any issues with noise from the street below.

Bon je précise que je n'ai pas utilisé la partie cuisine de l'appartement mais celle-ci semblait contenir l'essentiel pour ceux que cela intéresse. Nous avons séjourné plutôt dans la partie chambre de l'appartement et c'était tout à fait parfait. Quelques précisions, nous avons obtenu toutes les informations d'accès par message et cela nous convient très bien. D'ailleurs nous avons échangé avec le propriétaire uniquement par message car nous ne l'avons jamais rencontré, ce qui dans notre cas n'était pas un problème. Il se tenait au courant de notre séjour et su nous ne manquions de rien. Pour le reste l'appartement est idéalement situé, extrêmement calme car la rue via maqueda est très fréquentée, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Il est proche de tout, nous avons presque tout fait à pied sauf pour certains monument ou destination lorsqu'elles étaient trop éloignées. Dans ce cas nous avons pris le bus ou le train qui sont très proche de l'appartement. Franchement si je devais retourner à Palerme, je prendrai de nouveau cette location sans hésiter car elle correspondait en tout point à ce que nous attendions.
