It’ was a new and clean hotel. The location was awesome. I wished their TV had some English speaking channels but there was none. We had some issues with our reservation due to the language barrier but it worked out at the end. The rooms are much cheaper if you book on line. In addition they will only clean your room if you ask them. I thought the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey

Beautiful new property that just opened in April 2026. Lots of helpful staff around at all times. The room was very large and we had the view of the American Village and beach with was amazing at night. There was a balcony with chairs that you could sit and admire the night lights. Room was perfect for a family as there were walls that you could roll shut for extra privacy and quiet. Parking was free and it was an electronic parking building which kept the car safe. Location was perfect as it was right across the street from the American Village. There was many restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 nearby. You do have pay a fee to use the pool. I didn't use it as we went to the beach. Note: a car is almost an absolute necessity as you'd miss a lot of what the island has to offer without one. I would absolutely look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is new and built where the old Ferris wheel used to be. The property itself is nice, modern, and in a great location. However, I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the lounge access, as it only included water, juice, and inexpensive wine. You can still enjoy the upstairs lounge/bar atmosphere without purchasing the package. The staff were soft-spoken, but at times it felt like they were walking on eggshells in the lobby environment. While one team member were very helpful (the foreigner) overall customer service could use improvement to better match the quality of the property. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with potential, but the service experience didn’t fully meet expectations.

A wonderful stay overall. The hotel is modern, conveniently located, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and property were amazing. Rooms are so spacious, we loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is that we thought we had access to the pool but did not know we had to pay 2,000 yen per person to use the pool. This information was not made available to us when we booked it on line. This is our only complaint . Otherwise, an amazing hotel. Beautiful!

The Hotel opened four days prior to our arrival-everything brand new!! Large room with kitchen and an awful big patio. Dishwasher, washing mchine with integrated tuble dryer. Comunal bath with view over the sea. Same with the roof top pool. Beach was 10 minutes by foot. Supermarket 200 meter, american village and so on! Everything perfect! Do it!

This hotel is rude and unhelpful to US military families. Complete discrimination against US citizens. I wish I didn't spend my US dollars at this over priced hotel. Our room was cleaned 1 day out of 5. They charged 5% more at check in then I booked on Hotels.com. Next time we will be staying with a US corporate hotel with better view of the beach and the fireworks.
