I really appreciated the many positives about the hotel. Extremely new and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely small garden. Great air conditioning and shower. I booked a deluxe double which was spacious and comfortable with a balcony, though it could have used a little more desk space. Towels and sheets were luxurious. I looked at the regular rooms and some of them are tiny, so I'd recommend the larger room classes, which were a great value. My two caveats are the breakfast, which is ok but nothing special, and street noise. The trams dead head on the main street in front of the hotel almost all night and there are plenty of ambulances and police sirens. Despite triple glazed windows and ear plugs, I found my sleep interrupted frequently. If I had had taken a room on the back side of the hotel (or if you are not noise sensitive), my rating would be higher.

It was a lovely, comfortable and clean hotel. I shared a twin room with my 13 year old son. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were helpful and very friendly. The public amenity areas were modern, fresh and bright and the outside area was also lovely. It had a very tranquil feeling to the place and it was a convenient 10min walk from Piola metro station (M2). Would highly recommend it.
