This listing is outrageously misleading.
We were misled about the apartment's accessibility and encountered unexpected and unsafe difficulties with the stairs/landing, and elevator. The elevator exit landing is a tiny step, making it difficult and unsafe to exit with luggage. The elevator is very small. One person and a 30lb suitcase can squeeze in. A 30-lb suitcase is difficult for a single person to safely manage in an unsafe environment with no landing to exit to.
The stairs are in awful condition with unsafe carpeting, and navigation with luggage requires extreme caution.
The apartment’s online photos are heavily Photoshopped, misrepresenting the actual interior and views. The Photoshopped images depict bright, sunny rooms with elegant features. Actual views are of uncared-for railings, ugly, unmaintained shutters, and a filthy courtyard.
Yes, the discrepancy between online images and actual views is extraordinarily misleading.
Additionally, the SEWER GAS STINK added to the ambiance of everything in the apartment.
In summary, do not consider staying here if you plan to open the drapes, arrive with luggage, expect pleasant odors, or want a bright, cheery environment.
I left 18 days early, and Expedia was no help. The Photoshop king of renters must butter their bread.
In addition, it is extremely overpriced. The apartments I moved to were larger, better kitchens, safer elevators, great views, and were lower-cost.
This place is a pit. I have photos to prove it.
